Do you charge for travel to greater Minnesota?
For commercial and agricultural projects we travel statewide and factor logistics into the proposal transparently — no surprise trip fees. For local EV, battery and electrical work we stay near our Saint Paul Park base to keep service fast.
Are you licensed to work across Minnesota?
Yes — iSolar is a licensed Minnesota electrical contractor (EA761814) and we permit and inspect every job to local code, wherever it is in the state.

Which utility serves my area?
It varies by city — Xcel Energy across much of the metro, Dakota Electric and other co-ops (Connexus, East Central Energy) elsewhere. Your city guide notes the local provider, and we confirm it for your exact address.
Do you work with rural electric cooperatives?
Yes. Many greater-Minnesota farms and homes are on a co-op or municipal utility, each with its own net-metering and interconnection rules. We've worked with co-ops across the state and handle the paperwork for yours.
