Way up in North Star Electric Coop territory, Beaver Lodge runs on a 136-panel (57.8 kW) pile-driven ground mount on four SolarEdge inverters that we installed in 2021. Northern Minnesota hospitality businesses carry serious electrical loads — kitchens, cabins, heat — and a ground mount on open land matches that load with maintenance-free production. Four winters in, still working. Commercial note: businesses capture the 30% federal ITC + accelerated depreciation on systems like this.
