iSolar pile-drove a 64-panel, 27.5 kW ground mount for this Braham home — a large, ground-level system sized to offset a rural household’s full energy use.
We paired Q.Peak DUO panels with a SolarEdge inverter and built the array on a pile-driven foundation engineered for the frost depth this far north. Ground mounts keep the roof clear, sit at an optimal tilt, and are simple to maintain.
The homeowner owns the system in East Central Energy territory, banking the energy value and net-metering credit for decades.
Because the homeowner owns this system, they keep the energy savings, the net-metering value and the resale value — iSolar doesn’t do residential leases or PPAs in Minnesota. (The federal residential solar tax credit ended December 31, 2025; the value here is ownership and decades of net-metering credit.)
